Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager - Onboarding you will be empowered to own our customer relationships from the point of sale through their customer onboarding journey at Contractor Compliance.

Starting with our simple implementation process, you will help onboard new hiring organizations while creating an amazing customer experience. Our customer's success is defined by the adoption of our program with their end users - their contractors. Once customers are onboarded, you will be driving the strategy of email and phone call outreach to drive adoption within their user base over a 90 day window to ensure strong adoption for your customers. Having our customer's satisfaction as your top priority, you'll be the go-to expert on how to get the most out of our platform to build brand loyalty and strong references for future Contractor Compliance customers.

As we grow, you'll be reporting directly into our Customer Success Manager Team Lead. We're looking for people to come in and make the most of this opportunity by helping us shape the future of our company. We have a vision, but no vision is complete without amazing ideas along the way.

Responsibilities


Customer onboarding. Our onboarding experience is our opportunity to highlight just how easy we are to work with, and how much we value our customer base. Strong skills in managing customer expectations, timelines, and attention to detail is critical.
Establish customer support best practices. As we scale, it's important that our customers continue to receive the highest level of customer support possible.
Drive adoption. Our platform's value is magnified as adoption grows. Partnering closely with our customers and contractors to drive usage will be a key KPI for this role.
Collaborate internally with sales, marketing and development to ensure our customer's recommendations are factored into our product strategy.
We're a software company (duh!) so we're big on leveraging best in class tools ourselves and tracking our performance very throughly. Familiarity and a high level of adoption with our CRM (Salesforce) will be critical to make the most of this opportunity, coupled with a desire to measure measure and measure some more.
